Come listen to local musician/performer Margaret Smith perform at Uptown Forum.
Margaret Smith has been a lover of the arts for most of their life, starting training in piano, guitar, dancing, acting, and singing all by the age of 8. Smith is well versed in performing arts having performed in several community theater musicals and choreographing GFT’s production, “Newsies!” and Greenville Theater Works’ production, “Little Shop of Horrors.” Smith will be attending Oklahoma City University this fall for a degree in piano performance after being classically trained over the past 18 years. Smith writes music in their spare time and has since they were 13. Smith has taught dance in the community for the past four years and recently performed in North Star Dance Project’s recent show “Polaris.”
