For generations, American university students have witnessed the vibrant, tuneful and colorful display that is step dancing- a style of percussive dancing popularized by historically Black Fraternities and sororities in which the dancer’s whole body serves as an instrument, creating its own beat with footsteps, handclaps and vocalizations.
During the season, you will find locally grown Texas produce, artisanal goodies, and handmade products. The market will be open every Saturday from 9-12 pm from April 12th until November 1st. The Farmer's Market is located at 2203 Lee Street in Downtown Greenville.
